1. Who We Are

ZERRAWING (zerrawing.com) is a browser flight game operated from Türkiye. This policy explains what data we handle when you play or make a purchase. Contact: support@zerrawing.com.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Game progress (coins, unlocked aircraft and universes, missions, language preference) is stored in your browser's local storage on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Clearing browser data will erase local progress.

3. Data We Collect

• Purchases: Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Paddle collects the data needed to process your payment (such as email, country, and payment details) under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details. We receive order confirmations (e.g., email, product, amount) to deliver your purchase and provide support.
• Accounts (when available): If you create an account, we store your email address and cloud save data (game progress) to sync it across devices.
• Technical data: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers.
• Support: If you email us, we keep the correspondence to resolve your issue.

4. Cookies

The Game itself does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Local storage is used solely for saving your game and settings. Paddle's checkout may use cookies necessary to process payments.

5. How We Use Data

We use data only to operate the Game, deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

6. Sharing

Data is shared only with: Paddle (payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), and our database provider for account features (Supabase). Each acts under its own privacy terms and appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law. Account data is kept until you delete your account or request deletion. Local storage data is under your control on your device.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, email support@zerrawing.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Purchases by minors require parental involvement as described in our Terms of Service.

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
