Refund Policy

ZERRAWING is free to play. The only paid products are optional coin packs (virtual currency). All payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc. ("Paddle"), which also handles refunds on our behalf.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence (including EU/UK 14-day rights and Türkiye's consumer legislation). By purchasing coins delivered immediately, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the content is consumed, where applicable law so provides.

4. How to Request a Refund

Option A: Reply to your Paddle receipt e-mail — Paddle's buyer support handles it directly.

Option B: E-mail us at billing@zerrawing.com with your order number (found on your receipt). We respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Effect on Your Account

When a purchase is refunded, the corresponding coins (and any items bought with them, if applicable) are removed from your account. Abuse of the refund process (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund after consuming coins) may lead to account suspension.
